Helping Hands provides medical and legal help in the following ways.

 

Advocates are available right now to:
 

• meet with survivors to help make escape and safety plans

• go to the hospital to support and assist a survivor undergoing a Sexual Assault Examination

• go to the hospital to support and assist a patient who is a victim of domestic violence

• assist with obtaining Restraining Orders

• assist with filling out Crime Victim Compensation forms

• attend court with clients to support them
